"Subtle secondary notes combine with a dazzling breadth of rose petal and floral aromas and plenty of classic RSV spice. Perfumed and lovely yet at the same time powerful and penetrating followed by detailed, driving and still very fresh and superbly concentrated flavors that display excellent depth and fine length. However, the finish is quite dry as the tannic spine gives this an astringent quality. It's entirely possible, given how dense the flavors are, that this will come together but at the moment, it's a question mark. Multiple, and relatively consistent if not exactly identical, notes."
