MARK OF THOMAS WHIPHAM, LONDON, 1756
Tapering cylindrical, engraved with a crest within a garter, marked underneath
2 3/8 in. (6 cm.) high
5.4 oz. (169 gr.)
The crest is that of Scott, probably for Sir Joseph Scott, 1st Bt. (1752-1828) of Great Barr, co. Stafford.
