Each realistically cast and chased and foliage and on three shell feet, the cream boat with a twisted branch handle, the dish engraved with a crest within a garter motto and below an earl's coronet, each marked near rim
the cream boat 6¼ in. (16 cm.) wide

The crest is that of Lowther as borne by the Earls of Lonsdale. (2)
