Tapering cylindrical on reeded base, with a plain tapering spout and carved wood handle, the flat hinged cover with a baluster finial, later engraved with a coat-of-arms within elaborate mantling, engraved underneath with initials, marked near rim and inside cover, the base further engraved with a scratchweight '28"15'
