Finely carved in the round, modeled as a cloth pouch, fastened with a ribbon below the foliated mouth rim, one side carved in high relief with a peony sprig, the other with a chrysanthemum sprig, well hollowed on the interior, the whole stone with areas of grey inclusion with black speckling, the natural russet skin of the stone well carved to outline the overall design
