Engine-turned with pineapple and scroll chased sides, the lower cover engraved with the arms of Ralph Dodds and inscribed, R DODDS, NEWCASTLE, 1827; together with a George III curved rectangular snuff box engraved with various motifs and initialled RD for Ralph Dodds, mark of Joseph Taylor, Birmingham, 1807; a George IV silver shovel caddy spoon with ivory handle, London, 1827; a vesta case; a sovereign case; a silver vinaigrette by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham, 1841; a Victorian gold toothpick; a gold-lined fob seal, the chalcedony base with intaglio portrait bust, circa 1820; a cut-glass caddy spoon, circa 1835; and a Victorian Indian boar's tusk wine label for brandy with plated mounts
