Modelé par Johan-Joachim Kaëndler, représentant un couple de bergers assis enlacés au pied d'un arbre et accompagnés d'un mouton et d'un chien; reposant sur une base ovale appliquée de fleurs et feuilles en relief, à décor polychrome et or au naturel, petites restaurations, petits éclats et manques

Lot Essay

Ce modèle, exécuté d'après un tableau de François Boucher, a été produit avec et sans l'arbre situé à l'arrière du couple; il est mentionné dans les archives de Kaëndler de 1740-48.
