A décor de filets or soulignant le décor ajouré formé de têtes de fleurs et fleurs stylisées se détachant sur un treillage, les anses à l'imitation de tiges de bambou, comprenant: une théière et son couvercle, un pot à lait, un sucrier et son couvercle, deux tasses et leur sous-tasse (section du bord ajouré d'une sous-tasse restaurée); très petites usures à l'or;
dans un coffret en cuir garni de satin et velours, inscrit au fer en or DONNE PAR L.L.M.M. IMPERIALES

Lot Essay

Ce modèle de service est directement inspiré de la production chinoise. Quand, le 11 avril 1826, est vendue à Paris la collection Sallé d'objets chinois comprenant une série de porcelaines blanches ajourées, le dessinateur Yacinthe Régnier s'en inspire pour créer un "déjeuner" en 1831.
La fabrication de ces pièces, très complexe, nécessite la participation de trois ouvriers différents et amène la manufacture, vers 1900, à faire redessiner un motif plus simple.
