The elaborate scroll handle decorated with foliage incorporating a reserve on either side, one vacant, the other inscribed Lucifer (presumably the name of a horse), the handle terminating at the bowl in bifurcated scrolls, the oval bowl itself chased with a band of scrolls and flowers on frosted ground
