The rectangular moulded cornice with giltwood urn-finials above a box-pleated pelmet in foliate chintz with cream-coloured canopy decorated with foliate scrolls and flowerheads, with spirally-reeded front posts carved with foliage, with conforming pair of curtains, head-end curtains, pair of tie-backs, pair of bell-pulls, and pleated valance, with box-spring mattress, and six bolts, the boxspring base labelled 'HAMPTON & SONS, Upholsterers & Cabinet-Makers, 8 Pall Mall East'
