The rectangular, channelled seat with a padded red and black checkered horse-hair cushion, on lyre-end X-frame supports with turned and channelled baluster stretcher, on scrolled feet with brass castors, the castors stamped 'BURNELLE', one seat rail with indistinct inscription, the seat previously screwed to frame
