MARK OF ANTHONY NELME, LONDON, 1690
Fully marked around side, cover with maker's mark and lion passant, cover with bayonet fitting, cylindrical body on spreading foot, the latter pierced with heart and drop motifs below a narrow applied girdle, the cover chased with trailing leafage and chased on top with swirling flutes below an acorn finial, the foot applied to the body by means of thirteen lappets, engraved on rim of foot with contemporary initials S*K
