Lot Essay
Yim was born in Kangnung and received a BFA from Kangnung University and MFA from Jung-Ang University. He had one-person exhibitions at the Sung-Kok Art Museum, in 2003, and the Park Ryusook Gallery, Seoul, in 2004 and 2006. Yim's work is in the collections of the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Seoul, the Sung-Kok Art Museum, Seoul, and the Daejeon Museum of Art, Daejeon, among others.
