The following collection of furniture and pictures comes from the Gloucestershire house of Lord Richardson of Duntisbourne. A former barrister and Chairman of Schroders, he is best known for having been Governor of the Bank of England between 1973 and 1983. He has been a Knight of the Garter since 1983. The house was decorated by Lord and Lady Richardson with the help of Imogen Taylor of Sybil Colefax and John Fowler Ltd.
