The central mount depicting the Immaculate Conception in high relief, the corner mounts pierced and chased with rococo scrolls around a vacant cartouche, the clasps similarly decorated, the back centred with a silver armorial cartouche comprising five escallops with a cross below and three arrows above, all mounted on royal blue velvet, the interior with cream moiré silk lining
