The current owners are Simon Halabi and his family. The vineyard covers 42 hectares planted with 65 Cabernet Sauvignon, 30 Merlot and 5 Cabernet Franc. Vine density ranges from 8,500 to 10,000 vines per hectare and yield are approximately 45 hectolitres per hectare. José Sanfins is in charge of the estate as wine maker and general manager. The grapes are hand-picked and selected in the vineyard before being transported to the winery for another sorting on vibrating tables before being placed into stainless steel temperature-controlled vats. Alcoholic fermentation lasts for around ten days and is followed by malolactic fermentation. Plots are vinified separately according to grape variety and age, which allows for greater selection for the final blend. After blending, the wine is matured for 12 to 15 months in oak barrels, each year half of the barrels are new whilst the other half are one year old. The wine is fined with egg whites before bottling. Approximately 11,000 cases are produced annually.
