etching in colours, circa 1894-5, on laid paper with a Bunch of Grapes watermark, with the artist's monogram stamp, a posthumous impression, probably one of four unnumbered trial proofs printed by Alfred Porcaboeuf in 1930, before the edition of 11 (there was also one bon à tirer), with a registration hole above and below the subject, a pencil inscription marché de Gisors: rue Cappeville, 1895-94 at the lower sheet edge, with margins, pale foxing, a few tiny paper losses at the left sheet edge, remains of old paper tape at the upper and right sheet edges verso
