Lot Essay

Graham Nash's contribution to Rock and Roll and popular culture has been an endless process from 1962, as founding member of the Hollies, to the present. His musical collaborations with David Crosby, Stephen Stills, and Neil Young created a body of work regarded as iconic in the pantheon of popular music. Nash's social activism has been, and remains, an important part of his consciousness. His talent as a fine art photographer as well as a collector is well documented. Dick Boak, of C.F. Martin, is quick to relate that the tasteful elegance and sophistication in this guitar reflect Graham Nash's extensive involvement with its design. The OOO-40Q2GN was limited to 147 editions.
