Marked with the Cyrillic initials of Feodor Rückert, Moscow, 1908-1917
The waisted cylindrical bowl enameled with reserves of varicolor foliate sprays on cream and pale blue grounds within ropework borders, the lower bowl with conforming decoration on red, green and blue grounds within a white beaded border, raised on a domed circular foot with knopped stem with conforming decoration, marked on upper bowl and foot rim
