The flat circular base with moulded rim and engraved crest, unmarked detachable nozzle and conical snuffer, engraved under base with scratch-weight 4=19 -- 4 in. (10 cm.) diameter;
Together with a Victorian novelty silver bell in the form of a cow bell, mark of Saul Prager, London, 1893, marked on body and on clapper, with textured finish -- 2.5 in. (6.5 cm.) high
