Chased with a border of foliate scrolls around an engine-turned reserve, centred by a small applied panel initialled GS, engine-turned sides and base, the grille with maker's mark and lion passant;
Together with a George III silver-gilt scalloped oval vinaigrette, mark of Matthew Linwood, Birmingham, 1804, with unmarked filigree grille
