With gilt-finished jeweled lever movement, the circular dial inlaid with a mother-of-pearl eight pointed star, with applied 18k gold Arabic numerals hands, within a sculpted nephrite frame, on a black onyx stand with green enamel and lapis lazuli geometric panels, enhanced by cabochon sapphires and 18k gold trim, to the rectangular black onyx stepped base, (one cabochon sapphire simulant), circa 1930, 3¾ x 2¼ x 6½ ins., with French assay mark and maker's marks for Verger Frères, in a Lacloche Frères black leather fitted case
