Ink on paper, Shah Humayun sits cross-legged on a carpet wearing long robes and turban, whilst before him kneels a man paying respects and behind him waits an attendant, large tree in the background, identification inscription in black nasta'liq below, laid down between cobalt, cream and turquoise card with gold floral illumination on wide cream margins with repeating gold three-leaved stems, verso with 6ll. of black nasta'liq in clouds reserved against gold between similar margins, with white card mounts
