Arabic manuscript on paper, 291ff. plus 5 fly-leaves, each folio with 15ll. of neat black naskh between gold ruled margins, catchwords, gold roundel verse markers, sura headings in white on gold panels with floral illumination, an array of gold and polychrome illuminated devices in the margins, opening bifolio with fine gold and polychrome illumination, colophon written in roundel on gold ground surrounded by polychrome floral bouquets, contemporary brown morocco binding and slipcase with gold tooled and stamped decoration
