CIRCA 1880, BLUE SCEPTRE AND IRON-RED ORB MARKS, IRON-RED 41.
Of baluster form, the flaring mouth flanked by scrolling vine handles applied with gaping masks and acanthus terminals, the body painted front and back with a harbor view within a gilt and polychrome paneled cartouche, the sides gilt with stylized lotus, raised on a conforming socle and octagonal base
