The box cylindrical, the body with a band of scrolling acanthus on a textured ground, the tapered cover with shell and fish scale motif, with ovolo borders; the dish shaped circular, with ovolo rim, the border engraved with an ogee motif, the box marked on cover and under base, the dish marked on reverse
