Of baluster form, with a stalk handle, the curved spout with a gaping mask terminal, decorated in Augsburg at the Seuter workshop with vignettes of figures at various pursuits on scrollwork supports, the domed cover with birds among branches, with silver-gilt chain and a replacement gilt-metal spout, the spout reduced, minor chipping to interior flange of cover, some areas of wear to gilding
