Of squat baluster form with a bird's head spout and scroll handle, decorated in the Seuter workshop with vignettes of figures at various pursuits on terraces supported by scrolls and chequered panels, the domed cover gilt with scrolls, the knop finial connected by chains to silver-gilt collars on the handle and spout, the foot with a silver-gilt mount engraved with lozenge, diaper and scroll-ornament, chip to rim and footrim, small chip to head of spout, slight rubbing to gilding, the cover and mount to foot possibly matched
