Woven in wool and silks, depicting birds in a woodland clearing with a lake and distant castle, in a border of fruit, foliage, filled vases and zoomorphic forms, reduced in size, some of the original scene folded behind, with later black outer borders, consequential replacement to borders and with restorations and re-weaving
