Each oval, one painted with a scene of the Virgin Mary, Christ and Joseph resting in a wooded landscape, the other depicting Venus attended by two putti, one emptying a cornucopia of coins into a chest, the reverse with a scene of a sleeping Venus and attendant Cupid and putto
