CIRCA 1730, THE DECORATION ALMOST CONTEMPORARY, BLUE CROSSED SWORDS MARK TO STAND AND TRACES OF GILDER'S NUMERALS
Probably decorated in the workshop of Elizabeth Wald with figures making tea before boiling cauldrons and vignettes of figures at various pursuits, supported on scrolling pedestals enriched in iron-red, purple and gilt, within borders of bouquets of flowers alternating with interlocking strapwork, beaker with section restuck and restored, gilding refreshed, rubbing to gilding and enamels (2)
