Composed of ninety six carved walnut beads spaced by four large porcelain beads immitating turquoise jiezhu, 'connecting beads', suspending the beiyun, 'back cloud', composing of a yellow ribbon divided by the oval jiepai, 'connecting plaque' of porcelain immitating lapis lazuli, and weighed down by a dew-shaped zhuijiao, 'suspending ends' of porcelain immitating turquoise, the necklace is further enhanced by two strings of jinian, 'reminder', each composing of ten porcelain immitation-coral beads and weighed down by tear-shaped porcelain immitation-turquoise pendants
