With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with ivory-white dial and 12 yellow gold indexes in 1990 and its subsequent sale on 15 June 1990.

Reference 3893 was launched in 1980 and was in production until the mid 1990s. The models were available in yellow or white gold and platinum.
