With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 17 July 2003 and commemorative medal. Furthermore delivered with a platinum screw back with engraved commemorative inscription Patek Philippe 125 Jahre Wempe 092/100, wooden black setting pin, original fitted wooden presentation box and outer packaging stamped W125.

The present watch is number 92 of the limited edition of 100 examples in platinum produced by Patek Philippe to celebrate the 125th anniversary of their retailer Wempe in 2003. A total of 125 examples each were also produced in 18K yellow, white and pink gold.

Purchased by the present owner in 2003, the watch has never been offered at auction before and is thought to be one of only 13 examples of reference 5125 in platinum to appear in public to date.
