A DELICATE ANTIQUE EMERALD AND DIAMOND BROOCH
Designed as a flowerhead, the centre set with a cushion-shaped emerald weighing 22.51 carats, each bombé petal set with a line of square-shaped emeralds within an old-cut diamond surround, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1890, 7.0 cm long
Accompanied by report no. 51701 dated 24 June 2008 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin, with minor amount of oil in fissures
