A VIETNAMESE HOI AN HOARD PEAR-SHAPED STONEWARE BOTTLE VASE AND A DISH
Late 15th/Early 16th Century
The bottle vase with with slightly flaring rim, painted with a central band of birds in flight amongst scattered bamboo; and a deep dish further decorated with bamboo within scrolling foliage, each with 'HOI AN HOARD' label to the underside
The vase - 11½ in. (29.2 cm.) high; the dish 13½ in. (34.5 cm.) diameter (2)
