Lot Essay

Previously sold at the G.W. Railwayana Auctions 13.05.08 for 1,760.
The South Eastern Railway was incorporated in 1836 to provide railway services between London and the channel ports of Dover and Folkestone. Due to various Acts of Parliament the railway had to meet up with the London and Brighton Railway at Redhill Junction.
