A PAIR OF PINK SCRAFFIATO GROUND BOWLS, EARLY 20TH CENTURY
each painted in famille rose enamels with four roundels depicting two Immortals variously supported in the clouds by birds in flight and upon a buffalo, alternating with figures in terrace and garden scenes, surrounded by colourful cloud scrolls on an incised pink enamelled ground, the interior painted in underglaze blue with the same two Immortals supported together above the waves, underglaze blue Daoguang six-character marks to base -- 5¾in. (14.5cm.) diam. (2)
