A LARGE BLUE AND WHITE VASE WITH LATER DECORATION, EARLY 19TH CENTURY
of baluster form, painted in blue and white with later tomato-red and gilt decoration, on one side with tree peony and on the other with chrysanthemum, both within panels reserved on a ground of scrolling lotus, applied with animal-mask fixed-ring handles at either side, underside with underglaze blue Qianlong seal mark -- 23 in. (59 cm.) high.
