painted to the body with figures and animals in a procession, including an equestrian figure, a gentleman riding a qilin, a figure on a caparisioned elephant, a chained Buddhistic lion and caged birds, the wooden cover with carved and pierced Shou character -- 7¾in. (19.8cm.) high.
