Primarily known for his abstract monumental sculptures, the range of prints by the Yorkshire-born artist, which are on offer here (lots 113-147), attest to the extensive printmaking career which spanned from the 1940s until the 1980s. The abstractions of the human figure, mother-and-child scenes, reclining figures, organic forms as well as architecturally-inspired themes such as The Stone Henge series capture Moore's enduringly popular style.
