Lot Essay

Carta da tarocco, arcano maggiore, uno degli assi. Due putti alati sostengono un cerchio, probabilmente rappresentante il mondo, entro il quale è raffigurata, sotto un cielo stellato, una città turrita circondata dal mare. È interessante notare come l'impianto iconografico sia del tutto simile al Mondo del mazzo Colleoni-Baglioni e, esattamente come in quel caso, non appare provenire della bottega di Bembo.
