Mounted in a glazed display case with rockwork, the reverse with pencil inscription 'Purple Sandpiper/Stormness Orkney Isles/Oct 12th 97'
8¾ in. (22.2 cm.) high; 17¼ in. (43.8 cm.) wide; 4¼ in. (10.8 cm.) deep
Together with a late Victorian taxidermy case of two Corncrake (Crex crex)
