Naturalistically modelled in relief with the portrait of Prins Frederik and his wife Louisa Augusta on pedestal base, and one Nymphenburg biscuit portrait bust of a lady, marked with a Rautenschild

Lot Essay
Willem Frederik Karel (1797-1881) was the second son of King Willem I of Holland. He married in 1825 to Louisa Augusta Wilhelmina Amalia of Prussia. He could not reconquer Belgium in 1830.
