VIENNA, CIRCA 1870, APPARENTLY NO MAKER'S MARK, ATTRIBUTED TO HERMANN RATZERSDORFER
On shaped trefoil base, the polygonal rock crystal stem applied with three seated satyrs supporting the lobed trefoil-shaped body, the front applied with satyr and grotesque monster panel with red and white enamelled wings, the handle formed as a grotesque serpent enamelled in red, green and white, the body with similar enamel straps, the rock crystal engraved with foliate scrolls, marked on handle
