Of traditional form, on circular spreading foot, the rounded oblong body, prow and shaped scroll handle enamelled with vari-coloured and shaded floral and foliate scrolls on a pea green ground, the front with stylized double-headed eagle in vari-coloured shaded enamel, within ropework borders, marked under base
