An enamelled silver-mounted glass jug
Marked Fabergé with the Imperial warrant, Moscow, 1896-1908, with scratched inventory number 16340
On circular spreading gadrooned silver foot, the glass body cut with flutes and a band of foliate scrolls, rosettes and griffons, a cast, chased and engraved double festoon suspended around the upper section from the cylindrical neck, the latter with champlevé enamel patterns and with similar decoration to the hinged cover and handle, each wtih chased and engraved foliate terminals, the cover with a red stone finial, with original gilt stopper mounts, marked on foot, cover and stopper
