Lot Essay

The statue of The Joker was originally designed as a prototype for a full-size version which was to stand in the Gotham City set at Pinewood Studios. However, this idea was scrapped and instead the statue was produced as a farewell gift presented to Jack Nicholson. Following this, as suggestd by Kenny, models were made for the various Heads Of Department. A limited number of approximately 20 were made.
