Painted to the exterior with scrolling lotus alternated with Shou characters and surrounded by tendrils on a deep green ground, stylised petal motifs to the base edge, a ruyi-head border to the rim, turquoise enamel to the interior and base, Daoguang iron-red seal mark to base
