Engraved map, on two joined sheets, 580 x 965 mm, hand-colored in outline, with dedication in an elaborate cartouche upper right and vignettes of "Cape Coast Castle on ye Gold Coast of Guinea" and "A Prospect of the Cape of Good Hope" along the bottom edge. (Vertical folds lightly browned.) Matted and framed. From A Catalogue of a New and Complete set of Twenty-five Two-Sheet Maps first published 1710-1715 and then re-issued ca 1730 with 30 maps.
